1 (2 ½ oz.) jar dried beef; finely chopped
1/2 C. butter
3 qt. unsalted popped popcorn
Cook dried beef in butter for about 3 minutes. If popcorn is not fresh, heat it in a 250ºF oven. Pour beef and butter over popcorn and toss to mix. Serve immediately while still hot.
